And a bit about me...
I am an Associate Professor of Economics at Seattle University. My main research interests are population, household, labor, and development economics.
I am Danish, but have lived in the US since 1999, except for a year spent in Accra, Ghana, when I was working for the Government of Ghana.
In case you are wondering, that is not my turtle. It is one of the resident turtles at the Vineyard Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa.
